8 oz Almond Milk Unsweeten (or Skim Milk)
1 scoop 100-150 calories of Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
1 Small Cantaloupe Wedge
5-6 Fresh Strawbrerries
1 tbsp Ground Flax seed
¼ Crushed Ice (optional)
