Green Smoothie: Kale, Spinach, Celery, Cucumber, Apple

Ingredients

2 oz Coconut Water unflavored/unsweetened
1 Medium Apple, cored and chopped with skin
1 cup roughly chopped Kale
1/2 cup of frozen Spinach
1 medium roughly chopped Celery Stalk
1/2 cup Cucumber with skin roughly chopped
1/4 cup of crushed ice (optional)

Blend until smooth and Enjoy!
Enjoy this smoothie for breakfast or a mid-day snack.

  1. I made this just now and it is AMAZING! I only used 1/2 cup apple and 1/2 cup fresh spinach, no ice. Served it straight up in a martini glass. Thanks so much!!! :)
