Baked Kale Chips


2 bunches of fresh Kale washed and dried
1 - 2 teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
2 to 3 Garlic cloves in pulp or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 a Lemon, juiced
2 - 3 tablespoon of agave nectar (optional)
1/3 cup of whole Cashews or Walnuts (shelled)

Wash the kale, sprinkle with sea salt and lemon juice (and agave nectar), then add a mixture of finely blended (use food processor or a blender) nuts, cayenne pepper, paprika and garlic. Mix in with hands really well. The kale should start to wilt a bit. Then toss in the oven on parchment paper at 300 to 350 degrees until crisp.
