Ingredients

6 oz Almond Milk Unsweetened Vanilla (or Skim Milk or Coconut Milk)
1 1/2 cup rougly chopped fresh Bok Choy
1 cup roughly chopped fresh Mustard Greens
1 medium roughly chopped Celery Stalk
1 wedge of Cantaloup
5 fresh Strawberries
1/2 a frozen Banana
1/4 cup crushed ice (optional)
