Refresher Lemonade


4-5 lbs of water (2 cups = 1 pound)
2 medium sized cucumbers
2 freshly squeezed lemons
a bunch of fresh mint


In a glass pitcher or container add the water and lemon juice. Skin the cucumbers and slice in circles or half circles and add to the pitcher/container. To add to the flavor, you can hand rip the mint into tinier pieces, without using a knife and add it to the lemonade. It keeps the yumminess intact.

Leave overnight in a fridge and you get the perfect get-me-going lemonade.
