Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients

Fresh Cauliflower florets (stemmed and washed)
Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil (about 1 1/2 tbsp to 1 cauliflower head)
Sea Salt (optional)

Directions:

Lightly toss/coat/drizzle the raw cauliflower florets with oil and bake on cookie sheet on 375 degrees F until it begins to get golden/brown. Flip the cauliflower florets and bake until the other side gets golden/brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle salt to taste, and serve.

*This tray has 4 small/medium whole cauliflower heads and I used about 5 tbsp of grapeseed oil.

~ Vegan Friendly

~ Use as much cauliflower as you want

~ Raw Cauliflower can also be added to any salad or can be a great raw snack. I saved a few of the little raw florets for snacking.
