Greek Yogurt Delight

1/2 cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (example: store brands work)
1 tbsp of a Nut Butter (such as Almond, Peanut, or Cashew Butter)
1 tsp or 1 tbsp of a Fruit Preserve - No Sugar Added (example: Organic Strawberry Preserves)
5 to 10 frozen or fresh Berries (example: Frozen Pitted Cherries)
1 tsp of Ground Flax Seed (optional)

Mix together in a small bowel the greek yogurt, nut butter, and preserves with a spoon until well blended. Sprinkle the fresh or frozen berries on top and the flax seed.

Makes 1 serving.
Serve and enjoy.

This treat has a lot less sugar than yogurts that come with fruit and or granola. On average one serving of an already sweetened yogurt contains about 10 or more grams of sugar. Always read lables.
