Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1 Ripe Banana
2 Whole Eggs w/yokes (or 1 yoke 3 egg whites or 3 - 4 egg whites)
1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon (optional)
ALL NATURAL PANCAKE RECIPE... NO PROCESSED ANYTHING!!

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and make sure the banana is all mashed. I used a hand blender to mix. Spray your pan with some "spray & cook" (Pam) or  light coat with coconut oil. On a low to medium heat, scoop/pour some of the batter into the pan & give it about 20-30 sec, flip, and done! Note: Make them small so its easier to flip. Top them with fresh fruit or berry puree. Serve and eat!

Suggestion: You can also have these with a side of oatmeal/cereal and cup of coffee/low-fat milk for much more filling meal.

Under 250 calories, nearly 14g of protein!

1 Meduim Ripe Banana - 105 calories, 0.4g fat, 1.3g protein, 0mg cholesterol, 14.4g sugar
