Fall Sweet Potato Frap

Ingredients:

1 baked Sweet Potato - skinned
1/2 cup reduced fat milk or almond milk or rice milk
1/2 cup ice
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Pitted Date (optional as a sweetner)

Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
