Using Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

1 Spaghetti Squash
Foil
Baking sheet


Directions:

Wash the squash and dry. Next cut the squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Put the 2 halves back together and wrap in foil, place on a baking sheet. Bake on 400 to 450 for about 1 hour or until done (poke the wrapped squash with a fork or spoon and the outside should be soft)

Remove from oven and set side to cool for about 10 to 15 mins. Open the squash and begin scooping out the inside of the squash - it should come out stringy similar to angel hair noodles. Use the spaghetti squash in place of a bed of rice or pasta and top with your favorite topping.
