Breakfast SuperFood Cereal Bowl


(Makes 1 to 2 servings)
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Other options: almond, 2%, or hemp milk)
1/2 cup Raw Organic Plain Oats (not instant)
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp. Ground Flax seed
5 raw whole Almonds
5 raw crushed half shelled Walnuts
1 tbsp. Agave Nectar OR 8 to 10 Raisins OR 1 tbsp. Raw Honey (Optional)
1 tbsp. Qia Original Flavor OR 1 tbsp. Chia seed with 1 tbsp. Shelled Hemp seed


Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. Add the coconut milk and stir. Let the mix soak for about 15 mins. or until ingredients soften.
