Express Avocado Chunky Dip


2 to 3 whole ripe Avocados (skinned and pitted)
1 fresh Lime (juiced)
1 fresh Lemon (juiced)
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 to 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1/2 a small Tomato (diced)
1 tsp. to 1 tbsp. Spicy Salsa (Optional: for added kick)


In a bowl using a fork mash up the avocados until no more large chucks are visible. Add the lime, lemon, garlic and onion powder, olive oil, salt and pepper and fold until well blended. Next add the salsa and minimally fold in. finally garnish with the diced tomatoes.

Serve with fresh veggies or healthy chip alternatives. You can also use it as a condiment with other foods.

Fast and easy to make! Makes about 3 to 4 servings.
