Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey - 93% lean
1 small Onion - minced
1 whole egg
2 tbsp. Grapeseed Oil (or Canola or Olive or Coconut Oil)
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley - minced
1 tbsp. BBQ Sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well blended. With you hands form 2 inch meatballs and place them on a non stick baking sheet (or use a non stick cooking spray on a baking pan). Bake the meatballs for 35 to 40 mins or until well done.
You can eat them as a snack or add a marinara sauce and place on a bed of quinoa or brown rice pasta. Enjoy!
