Roasted Baby Orkra and Garlic

Ingredients:

- 12 to 16 oz frozen whole okra
- 3 to 5 garlic cloves - peeled and cut in halves
- olive oil
- salt and pepper


Directions:

Rinse and drain the frozen okra (you don't need to wait for it to thaw). Place on a baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil. Bake in oven on 375 degrees F for about 30 mins, occupationally flipping them until golden/roasted. Before removing from baking pan sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. 


Serving Suggestions: use as a side with any main course or as a snacking option.
