Tuna Salad with a Twist


3 oz. white albacore tuna - drained
2 hard boiled eggs with yokes
2 tbsp. edamame hummus or plain or another variety of hummus


Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Makes about 2 servings.

Serving suggestion: You can serve alone, on a slice of whole wheat or sprout bread, or with a healthy veggie or grain chip option.
